Step-by-Step: Checking In Guests
Go to the Events tab in the top navigation bar.
Select the correct event from your One-Time Events or Recurring Events list.
Once inside the event, you’ll see a list of all registered guests.
Confirming Attendance
Next to each guest’s name, you’ll see a check-in toggle.
Slide the toggle to confirm their arrival.
The system updates instantly so all staff devices stay in sync.
You can uncheck guests if needed.
This eliminates paper lists, reduces confusion, and helps your team manage high-traffic check-in windows efficiently.
Booking Details
Click any guest’s name to view their booking details and manage any follow-up actions.
Adding Walk-Ups or Manual Bookings
Need to check someone in who didn’t book ahead?
Click New Booking at the top of the guest list.
Enter the customer’s information and complete the booking on the spot.
Staff and admins can do this from any device with Birrdi Admin access.
Real-Time Sync
The guest list and check-in status update in real time across all logged-in devices. That means your front desk, floor staff, and event manager can all see who’s arrived without needing to communicate manually.
