How to Use Birrdi Events to Book Access at Your Facility

Turn your facility into a flexible, revenue-generating event space

Why Use Birrdi Events?

  • Host individual or grouped events

  • Sell access online with built-in payment and booking tools

  • Perfect for tournaments, social gatherings, leagues, challenges, and seasonal specials

Step 1: Go to the Events Tab

Click Events in the top menu bar. You’ll see two event options:

  • Individual Events – Best for single-day events like a July 4th party or holiday tournament.

  • Grouped Events – Ideal for recurring events such as weekly leagues or monthly challenges.

Step 2: Create the Event

  1. Click Add Event.

  1. Fill in the required fields:

    • Event Name and Description

    • Date, Start/End Time

    • Booking cutoff time

    • Number of total tickets

    • Timezone and Currency

    • Add a contact link if you want people to be able to reach out with questions.

Save the event.

Step 3: Set Your Pricing

Once the event is created:

  1. Select the event from your list.

  1. On the left menu, click Rates.

  1. Click Add and set your rates—this can include public rates and member-only pricing.

You can also use this section to add event-specific Add-Ons if needed.

Step 4: Get the Booking Link

Go back to the Events tab in the top Menu Bar

  1. Click Booking Links on the left hand side.

  2. Copy the link for the event you just created (the icon on the right).

This is the link you’ll promote.

Step 5: Promote the Event

Use the booking link anywhere you reach your audience:

  • Add it to your website

  • Share it on Facebook, Instagram, email newsletters

  • Post it in your facility or venue
