Getting instructions to your customers at the right time is crucial.
You can include your instructions information link in the reminder text that goes out 1 hour before the reservation. This helps ensure guests have everything they need, right when they need it. Follow the steps below to do this.
Step 1. Click the settings icon next to your Simulator
Step 2. Scroll down and find the How-To Instructions Link setting
Include a link to your FAQ, an intro video, or any important information you'd like customers to see before their reservation begins.
Step 3. Be sure to set the 'Reminder Before Start Time SMS Notification' to 1 Hour Before Start to ensure your customers receive the check-in link via text.
