How to Adjust Simulator Hours
Use Simulator Hours to control when a simulator is available for bookings.
If your facility is open 24/7, you do not need to set operational hours. Hours are only needed when you want to limit when a simulator can be booked.
Step 1: Open the Simulator
Click Simulators in the top menu bar, then select the simulator you want to adjust hours for.
Step 2: Go to Hours
In the left-hand menu, find the Time Blocks section and click Operating Hours.
Step 3: Add or Edit Hours
If this is your first time setting up hours, click Add.
If hours already exist, click the pencil edit icon to update them.
Step 4: Set Your Hours
Choose the dates and times you want this simulator to be bookable.
If you want these hours to stay in place long-term, make sure the date range extends far enough into the future.
When finished, click Save.
Marking a Simulator as Closed
If you want the simulator to be closed for a day, set the hours to:
4:01 AM – 4:02 AM
This creates a tiny unavailable window and effectively prevents normal bookings for that day.
Step 5: Check Your Rates
If your simulator hours changed but some booking times still do not look right, go to your Rates section.
Rates can also have their own hours, so you may need to check each rate day by day.
Step 6: Confirm Each Rate’s Hours
Open each rate and make sure the rate hours match the times you want customers to book.
Important Reminder
Hours control which time slots are available for booking. If your facility or simulator is marked as closed during certain hours, reservations cannot be booked during that time — even internally.
If you need to book outside your current hours, update your Hours settings first.
