Handling No Rates Found Event

A step-by-step guide to fixing rate issues that prevent customers from booking at your event

Don’t worry — this is a common setup issue, and it’s easy to fix.
If you’re an administrator of this account, you have everything you need to resolve it in just a few steps. Follow the guide below, and you’ll be up and running in no time.

Step 1. First and foremost, please click the Tickets tab at the top Menu Bar

Step 2. Now click into your Event

Step 3. Go to your Rates

Step 4. Add a Rate

Step 6: Confirm Your Dates and Times

Make sure your rate settings cover the correct days of the week, start and end dates, and start and end times. If there's a gap or mismatch, the system won’t be able to find a valid rate.

To fix this:

  • Click Edit next to the rate in question.

  • Adjust the dates and times as needed so they fully cover the desired reservation window.

  • Click Save, then refresh the page to apply the changes.

If everything is set correctly, this should now be resolved!
