Is one of your customers is asking you to "change" or "edit" their name?
If a customer asks to change or edit their name, there are two ways this can be done depending on whether they are a member.
Option 1: Admin Updates the Name (Members Only)
If the customer has an active membership, you can edit their name as an admin.
Steps
Go to Memberships in the top menu bar
Find the relevant membership plan
Click the User + icon
Find the active member and click the pencil icon to edit their name
โ ๏ธ Important
You can only edit names for active memberships
Paused or canceled memberships cannot be edited
If the customer is not a member, they must update their name themselves using Option 2 below
Option 2: Customer Updates Their Own Name
Step 1: Have the customer head to this website link and login using their cell phone number on file: https://app.birrdi.com/u/account
Step 2: The customer can now EDIT their name, once done click SAVE!
