Step 1: Click the Memberships tab on the top Menu Bar, and click Add Plan to add a new membership plan, or the pencil icon to edit an existing membership plan.
Step 2: Fill in the fields below. Begin by creating your membership plans. For instance, you can offer a bronze, silver, or gold plan, each with its own pricing. Additionally, you can specify whether each plan is set to recur monthly, multi-weekly, or annually.
How to add a new Member to the plan
Step 1: Adding members is simple. Click on the user icon next to the membership plan to get started.
Step 2: You'll find two convenient options: add a single member or bulk add members if you have a whole list to import.
Step 3: Click the Add Member button.
All Birrdi accounts are tied to mobile numbers, with first and last names being optional. What's particularly neat about adding a member to a plan is the ability to choose the First Payment date. For instance, if you'd like to offer a member a 7-day free trial, you can set their first payment date to 1 week from today.
Step 4: Click save to add the member.
You'll have access to each member’s billing history by clicking on their name, upcoming billing dates, and additional details. Removing members from a plan is also a straightforward process by clicking the X icon.
Final Step: Attach a Membership Plan to a Price
Click the Simulators tab on the top Menu Bar and then click into the simulator you want to aadd the membership plan to.
Click on Rates in the left side bar
Click on the Add Rate button to create a new rate or the pencil icon next to an existing rate.
Find the Membership Plan field in the rate section and add the right membership plan to the rate.
