If you offer beginner clinics, junior golf programs, or group instruction, you can use Birrdi Events to manage registrations and collect payments.
This works particularly well for experiences where multiple golfers participate together at a scheduled time.
Step 1: Choose your event type
Use an Individual Event for a one-time clinic.
Use a Grouped Event if you're offering the same clinic regularly, such as every Saturday morning.
Step 2: Create your clinic
Open Events and click New Event.
Enter a name, such as "Saturday Beginner Golf Clinic."
Add a description explaining what participants will learn.
Select your event type.
Choose your dates and times.
Set the number of available spots.
Configure your pricing.
Save the event.
For example, if your clinic can accommodate eight golfers, set the total spots to eight.
Step 3: Reserve the appropriate bays
If your clinic requires dedicated simulator time, use Custom Events to block the bays you'll be using.
This keeps those bays unavailable for regular hourly reservations during the clinic.
Step 4: Manage registrations
Open the event to see who's registered.
You can check participants in as they arrive, view payment status, and add bookings for customers on their behalf.
For recurring clinics, use the Grouped Event Calendar to manage individual dates.
Tip: Events are useful for group experiences where you want to sell spots, rather than having each participant book their own simulator time.
