Charging for Additional Guests

Birrdi can be configured to charge a base hourly rate and offer an additional charge for extra golfers using Add-Ons.

For example, if you want to charge $20 per hour for the reservation and $10 for each additional golfer, you can create a Guest Add-On.

Set Up the Base Rate

Configure your normal rate at the minimum amount you want to charge.

For example:

Hourly Rate: $20

This will be the base price of the reservation.

Create a Guest Add-On

Create an Add-On called:

Guest

Set the price to the additional amount you want to charge per guest.

For example:

Guest: $10

Customers can then select the Guest Add-On when making their reservation.

Ask How Many Guests Are Attending

You can also add a booking question such as:

How many guests are you bringing?

In the question description, you can specify that additional guests are $10 each and should be added using the Guest Add-On.

Important

Add-Ons in Birrdi are optional and are not automatically enforced based on the number of golfers entered.

This means charging for additional golfers using an Add-On operates on an honor system. The customer is responsible for selecting the correct number of Guest Add-Ons when making their reservation.
