If you want to understand how often a specific member is playing, you can view their full reservation history directly from their membership profile.
Step-by-Step
Go to the Memberships tab
From the top menu bar, click Memberships.Open the member list for a plan
Find the membership plan the member is on, then click the user-plus icon next to that plan.Search for the member
Use the search field to find the member by name.Open the member profile
Click on the member’s name to open their profile.View reservation history
At the bottom of the member profile, click View Reservations.
