Step 1: In the top search bar, locate the Magnifying Glass and enter the number you want to search reservations for.
Step 2: If you don’t remember the phone number, click the Name with the magnifying glass icon to browse saved customer names. Note: customers names get indexed as reservations get made.
Step 2 (con't): The SAVED tab will show you all of your indexed customer names:
Step 2 (con't): Click on a customer name to start the search
Step 3: All of the customer’s reservations from the past will be displayed, including any that were canceled.
Step 4: To see more details about any reservation, simply click into it to open the details panel.
