Step 1: In the top search bar, locate the Magnifying Glass and enter the number you want to search reservations for.
Step 2: If you don’t remember the phone number, click the magnifying glass icon to browse saved customer names. Note: customers must be saved in advance to appear in this list.

Step 3: All of the customer’s reservations from the past month will be displayed, including any that were canceled.
Step 4: To see more details about any reservation, simply click into it to open the details panel.
