Click the Simulators tab in the top menu bar. Then select your simulator’s name to open the Reservations page — this will automatically load today’s reservations.
To find a specific customer and view their reservations, use the search bar at the top of the page. Enter the customer’s phone number and click Search.
Here is a step by step guide:
Step 1: In the top search bar, locate the Magnifying Glass and enter the number you want to search reservations for.
Step 2: If you don’t remember the phone number, click the Name button to browse saved customer names. Note: customers names get indexed as reservations get made.

Step 3: All of the customer’s reservations from the past will be displayed, including any that were canceled.
Step 4: To see more details about any reservation, simply click into it to open the details panel.
Using the search bar is the fastest way to access a customer’s full reservation history. Whether you’re looking up a phone number, browsing saved names, reviewing past visits, or checking canceled bookings, everything is searchable from this page.
Whenever you need context on a customer — past reservations, booking patterns, or prior cancellations — simply use the top search bar. This ensures you always have a complete view of their activity before making changes, issuing credits, or answering questions.
