Booking questions let you collect important information from customers during checkout—before they arrive. This helps your staff prepare and gives you better context for each reservation.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Click Simulators in the top menu bar
Select the simulator you want to edit
In the left-hand sidebar, click Content
Select Questions
Add your questions
Choose the question text (e.g. How many guests are you bringing?)
Select the question type
Mark the question as Required or Optional
Questions are saved automatically and will appear during the booking flow for that simulator.

Are you celebrating a special event?
Is this your first time visiting?
Best Practice: Use Select Questions
We recommend using the Select question type instead of a free-form input whenever possible.
This allows you to:
Give customers pre-made options to choose from
Keep responses clean and consistent
Make reporting and review easier for staff
