2. Click into your simulator and scroll down on the left sidebar until you see TurGolf

3. Click the add button to associate your TruGolf license with the correct bay

4. Fill in the details to associate your TruGolf License with the correct bay

5. Do this step for each of your bays

Those are all the steps you need to take in Birrdi for setting up your TruGolf integration. Please follow the steps below for your TruGolf account.

Step 1: Confirm Licensing

To enable the Scheduling Integration, your E6 CONNECT license must include the Scheduling product.

Check your license:

• You need the “Scheduling” product, which can be purchased here.

• Your license must also include either:

• “Standard 27 Course” product OR

• The upcoming “Commercial Suite” product.

Want to remove Scheduling?

• Contact TruGolf support to have it removed from your license.

Step 2: Understand Platform Compatibility

• The Scheduling Integration works only with E6 CONNECT.

• It does not function in older versions of E6 software.

Step 3: How the Integration Works

Once the Scheduling product is active on your license:

Simulator Locking Unlocking:

• Your simulator will be controlled by Birrdi’s scheduling platform.

• E6 CONNECT will return to a lock screen after each appointment.

• Users cannot manually navigate the software outside scheduled times.

Starting a Session:

• When an appointment starts, E6 will return to the main menu, ready for use.

• E6 does not handle scheduling directly—Birrdi sends commands to lock/unlock the software.

Important Notes:

• Even employees or demo sessions must be scheduled through the Birrdi web portal.

• No scheduled time? The simulator remains locked.

Ensure your license includes Scheduling and is properly set up.

Use Birrdi’s web portal to schedule and unlock the simulator.
