The Audit Logs show you a timeline of what requests were made, what responses came back, and whether the hardware or integration is behaving as expected. This will help you understand what is working, what isn’t, and what steps you may need to take to resolve any issues.
How to Access Audit Logs
From the top navigation bar, click Home.
In the left sidebar, click Audit Logs.
You will see a list of recent integration events, including any errors or connection issues.
When to Use Audit Logs
Check your Audit Logs whenever:
A door or bay did not lock/unlock as expected
A launch monitor is not sending shot data
A connection drops or appears offline
You are troubleshooting setup or configuration
Audit Logs give you visibility into what’s happening behind the scenes so you can make informed adjustments.
