If you see the message:
“A Turnstile token is required”
or
“We could not verify you”
don’t worry — this is usually quick to fix.
Why This Happens
Birrdi uses a security verification system (Turnstile) to prevent spam and automated signups.
Before you can continue, the verification must complete successfully. If you click Continue or Confirm too quickly — before verification finishes — the system won’t let you move forward.
How to Fix It
Step 1: Refresh the Page
Completely refresh the page to reset the verification.
Step 2: Wait for the Green Success Checkmark
After refreshing:
Enter your information again
Wait until you see the green success checkmark
Only then click Continue or Confirm
This checkmark confirms the verification was successful.
Important
If you keep clicking the button before the green checkmark appears:
It will not work
The error will continue
You’ll need to refresh and start over
Once you receive this error, the only fix is to refresh the page and begin again — making sure to wait for the green checkmark before continuing.
