Handling No Rates Match This Time

A step-by-step guide to fixing rate issues that prevent customers from making a reservation

Updated over 6 months ago

Are you seeing the issue below?

Don’t worry — this is a common setup issue, and it’s easy to fix.
If you’re an administrator of this account, you have everything you need to resolve it in just a few steps. Follow the guide below, and you’ll be up and running in no time.

Step 1. First and foremost, please click the simulator tab on the top menu bar

Step 2. Now click into your SIM

Step 3. Go to your Rates

Step 4. Click on the day of the week this time is for (Monday, Tuesday, etc.)

Step 5. Now, investigate the date ranges and times

Step 6: Confirm Your Dates and Times

Make sure your rate settings cover the correct days of the week, start and end dates, and start and end times. If there's a gap or mismatch, the system won’t be able to find a valid rate.

To fix this:

  • Click Edit next to the rate in question.

  • Adjust the dates and times as needed so they fully cover the desired reservation window.

  • Click Save, then refresh the page to apply the changes.

If everything is set correctly, this should now be resolved!

Step 7: Golf Courses Only — Check for Custom Events

If you're a golf course and there's an open custom event scheduled during this time, the system prioritizes the rates set inside that custom event.

To fix the issue:

  1. Go to your Custom Events section.

  2. Locate the open event that overlaps with the time in question.

  3. Click Edit on the event.

  4. Navigate to the Rates tab for that specific custom event.

  5. Make sure the dates and times within the event's rates fully cover the reservation time.

  6. Save your changes and refresh the page.

Even if your standard course rates are set correctly, an overlapping open custom event with incomplete or mismatched rates will cause a checkout error.
