Step 1: Locate the reservation you want to give a credit card refund to.
Step 2: Click inside the reservation to access the power buttons!
Step 3: Click the Cancel button.
Step 4: Click the Edit/Cancel button in red, and then click confirm edit/cancel!
Important Note:
Canceling a reservation does not automatically issue a refund. After you confirm the cancellation, you’ll be taken to a screen where you can choose how to handle the refund. As an admin or staff member, you are responsible for issuing the refund back to the customer’s card.
If the reservation used loyalty points or credits, you’ll also have the option to return those during this step. Nothing is refunded automatically unless you specifically choose to refund it.
The only time refunds are automatic is when customers cancel on their own, and in those cases, the refund will follow the refund policy you’ve set for your location.
