Step 1: Locate the reservation you are trying to cancel and click on it.
Step 2: Now find the reservation you want to cancel and click on it.
Step 3: At the bottom of the reservation window locate the Cancel button at the bottom & press it.
Step 4: Now you will see the Cancel reservation pop up, here if you want to refund the reservation (only works if the reservation was Pre-Paid Online) back to the Credit Card, click the Force Refund button. Otherwise click the Cancel Button!
That is it, you have now canceled the reservation!
