How to Update the Email That Receives Membership, Punch Pass, and General Notification Emails in Birrdi

Update the email address that receives all membership, punch pass, and general notification messages.

Birrdi sends important notifications—such as new membership signups, punch pass purchases, and general alerts—to the notification email stored in your Location Settings.

If you need to update this email, follow the steps below.

Step 1 — Go to the Home Tab

From the top navigation bar, click Home. This will take you to your main dashboard.


Step 2 — Open Your Location Settings

On the left sidebar, click Locations.
Find the location you want to update and click the gear (⚙️) icon to open its settings.


Step 3 — Scroll to the Email Field

Scroll down until you see the Email field.
This is the address that receives:

  • Membership notifications

  • Punch pass notifications

  • General system notifications

You can freely edit this email to any valid address.


Need More Than One Email?

Birrdi currently supports one email per location for these notifications.

If you'd like notifications to go to multiple recipients, you can set up email forwarding inside your own email provider (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, your custom domain). Most email clients allow you to automatically forward incoming messages to additional addresses.


That’s It!

Once you update the email field and save, all future membership, punch pass, and notification emails will be sent to the updated address.
