Problems With the Card

It is possible you will see the following error message when you go to reserve your time.

This might happen for a few reasons.

1) If you entered a debit card there could be insufficient funds

2) You may have incorrectly entered the credit card number

3) You may have incorrectly entered the CVV and/or the postal code

4) You may have an expired card

Birrdi does not decide what the issue is. Square processes the credit/debit card and if it finds ANY issue with the card it notifies Birrdi that there was a failure. Birrdi doesn't take part in the decision making process.

What can you do next?

1) Try a different card

2) If you believe your card is legit then we recommend reaching out to your bank and or credit card processor

"We’re not given an exact reason a card is declined. If your customer has confirmed their card is valid and the transaction still declines, they should contact their card-issuing bank for more information"
