Step 1: Locate the reservation you want to give a gift card refund to. Click on the reservation.
Step 2: Click the gift card button
Step 3: Select if you want to give back 50% or 100% of the total.
Step 4: You are done, the user was sent a text message alerting them to the refund you just issued. The next time they book they will automatically see their gift card loaded here:
