Step 1: Click the Simulators tab in the top Menu Bar, and then click into the simulator you want to add custom bay pricing to.
Step 2: Click your Rates on the left hand side bar.
Step 2: Click add rate if you want to create a new rate for the private bay, or click the pencil icon if you want to assign an existing rate to the private bay
Step 3: Scroll down and find the Bay Behavior setting.
Step 4: Change this setting to Specific Bays. Then select the private bays for this rate.
