Step 1: Navigate to the Reservations Page
In the top menu bar, click Simulators.
Select your simulator.
The Reservations page will load automatically.
Step 2: Make Sure You’re on the Correct Date
Use the date picker in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select the date you want to review.
⚠️ Cancellations are date-specific. If you’re on the wrong date, you won’t see the correct results.
Understanding the Quick Glance Sidebar (Desktop)
On desktop, the right-hand sidebar is your Quick Glance view for the day.
What it shows:
A breakdown of all reservations for that day
Data is shown across all bays, not per bay
This gives you a high-level snapshot of the entire day at a glance.
Viewing Cancellations (Desktop)
Scroll to the bottom of the Quick Glance sidebar.
Click View Cancellations.
You’ll see all cancellations for the selected date.
Viewing Cancellations (Mobile)
On mobile, the Quick Glance view is accessed slightly differently:
Make sure you’re on the correct date using the date picker.
Tap the magnifying glass icon next to the date picker.
This opens the same Quick Glance view used on desktop.
From there, you can view reservations and any cancellations for the day.
Key Notes
Cancellations are always tied to the currently selected date.
Desktop uses the right sidebar for Quick Glance.
Mobile uses the magnifying glass icon to access the same information.
If you don’t see expected cancellations, double-check the selected date first.
