Step 1. From the top menu bar, click Memberships.
Step 2. Locate the membership that the user is part of, then click the user + icon next to it to view all active members.
Step 3. Use the search bar to filter by name or phone number and find the correct member.
Step 4. Once you’ve found the member, click the coins icon to open the credit management view.
Step 5. Scroll to the bottom of the credit view. You’ll see options to manually add or subtract credits.
The adjustment will be reflected in the member’s credit history.
Notes
Adjustments are logged and timestamped.
Members are not notified automatically when credits are added or removed.
Credit changes apply immediately.
